Lecture: Mircea Eliade – Discoverer of Soul Culture

Mircea Eliade (1907 – 1986) was a Romanian historian of religion, fiction writer, philosopher, and professor at the University of Chicago. He was a leading interpreter of religious experience, reviver of the wisdom of spirituality from shamanism to modern religion, and a great figure who has influenced the best in American education.
This is the second lecture in the series Three Teachers of Soul Wisdom.
Dr. Hoeller has presented weekly lectures for more than 30 years, and continues to impart valuable and unique insights on Gnosticism, C. G. Jung, mysticism, magic, alchemy and subjects relating to wisdom in culture and history.
